Camp Bromelsick Foundation, Inc is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, religious or scientific purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and to support and promote the personal health, conservation, leadership, and citizenship among the youth of Douglas County, Kansas and surrounding areas. At all times the Corporation shall be operated and maintained as an organization exempt from taxation under Section 501 et seq. of the Internal Revenue Code.
